Job description
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire recent customers for home loan products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
Conduct customer follow-ups and manage the complete sales process.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for loan processing.
Maintain solid relationships with customers and generate referrals.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Conduct field visits and develop business through market activities, builders, DSAs, and referrals.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and customer-handling skills.
Banking/NBFC/Home Loan experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
