Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for IT requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up on interview feedback, selection status, and offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Ensure timely closures of assigned requirements and provide a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:
1 To 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Positive understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job requirements.
Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-oriented environment.
