Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with around 10 years of experience in real estate/construction, preferably with exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline programmes and look-ahead plans.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays and critical activities.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, recovery plans and MIS.
Coordinate with Project, Architect, Design, QS, Procurement, MEP and Site teams.
Track drawings, approvals, material, manpower and construction activities.
Assist with delay analysis, EOT claims and corrective action plans.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within timelines.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
Around 10 years of planning/project controls experience.
High-rise construction experience preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
Robust knowledge of construction planning, critical path and progress monitoring.
Solid coordination and analytical skills.
