Position-Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT and Non-IT positions while ensuring a smooth and productive hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to offer and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.




Coordinate with clients and internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements within deadlines.
Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets, including calls, lineups, and selections.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Ability to understand job descriptions and assess candidate profiles.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Target-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
