Experience: 10–15 Years
Robust FP&A; leadership and business partnering experience
Preferred Qualification: CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA(Finance) from a Premier Institute
Experience in P&L; ownership, working capital and cash flow management preferred

Key Responsibilities
Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
Analyze Revenue, Cost, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Manage and monitor financial performance against business plans.
Support P&L; ownership and Business Finance Partnering.
Perform working capital analysis and cash flow forecasting.
Develop financial models, scenario analysis and trend analysis.
Prepare monthly,



quarterly and annual management reports.
Develop dashboards and financial insights using Power BI.
Work with SAP / SAP HANA and Advanced Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
Support Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) and cost optimization initiatives.
Identify prospects for process improvement and profitability enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Support Financial Controller / Controllership and RTR activities.
