Job Description

At Lawand, the Product Compliance & Registration Analyst will work closely with the Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure that FMCG products comply with international regulatory standards across export markets.

The role requires robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately manage and review compliance documentation.

The Analyst will support product registration processes, review export documentation, and maintain structured records to ensure that products and shipments meet the regulatory requirements and documentation standards of international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Support product registration activities for international markets, particularly in Asia, by reviewing product artwork, specification sheets, and claim certificates.




Review and verify export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade and regulatory requirements.
Maintain organized records of regulatory and export documentation through structured digital and physical filing systems.
Monitor regulatory requirements across different export markets to ensure FMCG products meet applicable compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure the timely completion of compliance-related activities.
Assist in managing documentation for audits, regulatory submissions, and internal compliance checks.

Must-Have Requirements
Graduate in Food Technology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills.
