CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS REQUIRED

Monthly Salary: USD 1,000 to 1,500

Job Responsibilities:
Lead quantity surveying activities, cost planning, and budget monitoring.
Prepare and review BOQs, tender documents, interim payment applications, and final accounts.
Monitor variations, contractual claims, and project cost changes.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate costs where appropriate.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective cost control.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, with robust senior-level capability.
Extensive knowledge of construction contracts,



cost estimation, and commercial management.
Experience handling large-scale resort or hospitality construction projects is preferred.
Maldives work experience is an added advantage.

GENERAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6+ years of relevant qualified experience in the respective position.
Candidates with experience in reputed resort and hospitality construction projects will be given preference.
Solid technical knowledge and the ability to manage assigned construction responsibilities independently.
Candidates must be prepared to work in the Maldives.
Relevant educational qualifications and professional experience are required for the respective positions.
