Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day godown and warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
Handle inward and outward material movements.
Coordinate material loading, unloading, and dispatch.
Ensure proper storage and safety of materials.
Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and accounts teams.
Prepare stock reports, delivery challans, and other necessary documents.
Minimize stock discrepancies and prevent material damage.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the godown.

Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of inventory management and stock maintenance.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Positive organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage warehouse workers and daily operations.
Experience in plywood, building materials, hardware, or interior products will be an added advantage.
