Job Title: Kitchen / Production Supervisor
Company: The Idli Company
Location: Mugalivakkam, Chennai
Job Type: Full time
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Shift Timings:
Day: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night: 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Shift rotation every 2 weeks.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily idli production and workers.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Maintain product quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Monitor equipment and report breakdowns.
Reduce wastage and production delays.
Maintain production records and report to the manager.
Requirements:
Experience in food production or factory supervision preferred.
Valuable team management and communication skills.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Willing to work rotational shifts.
