Customer Care Executive – TOT Hygiene

Job Responsibilities:
Attend incoming customer calls and enquiries.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, bookings and customer coordination.
Handle cleaning service bookings smoothly from enquiry to completion.
Coordinate and ensure the booked cleaning/job is completed properly and on time.
Coordinate with the operations team and field staff.
Follow up after service completion and collect customer feedback/reviews.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing and recent clients.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer, booking and service records.

Candidate Requirements:
Fluent English speaking and communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
Valuable telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
Previous experience in customer care, telecalling or service industries is an advantage.
