Credit Manager / Collection Manager

Join our growing team and take the lead in managing field operations, driving collection performance, and building a high-performing recovery team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate field executives to achieve assigned targets.
Collection & Recovery: Monitor team-wise collections, manage recovery performance, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Executive Tracking: Track daily field activities, productivity, attendance, and performance of field executives.
Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, performance reports, and operational data.
Recruitment & Team Building: Maintain a strong local hiring network, source suitable candidates, and support recruitment to ensure adequate team strength.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular team reviews,



identify performance gaps, and implement improvement plans.
Reporting & Coordination: Submit daily MIS reports and coordinate with senior management for smooth field operations.
Skills & Requirements
Strong Team Handling & Leadership Skills
Experience in Collection & Recovery Operations
Knowledge of MFI / NBFC Operations
Positive Local Hiring Network & Candidate Sourcing Skills
Solid Communication, Reporting & Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to Manage Targets & Team Productivity
