Sector 48, Gurugram Working Days : Mon-Sat Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounts & E-commerce Operations Executive with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the E-commerce industry, preferably with an E-commerce agency, retail company, D2C brand, or marketplace-based business. The candidate should have hands-on experience in E-commerce Operations as well as Accounts, including marketplace billing, invoice management, reconciliation, accounting entries, order/transaction documentation, and downloading/managing financial reports from E-commerce portals.

Requirements:
Minimum one year of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations + Accounts.



Must have worked in an E-commerce company, retail company, D2C brand, E-commerce agency, or similar organization. Hands-on experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Meesho or other E-commerce marketplaces is highly preferred. Positive knowledge of E-commerce billing, invoices, settlements and reconciliation. Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel. Positive understanding of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles. Robust data management and documentation skills. Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Good communication and coordination skills.
