Skills:

Responsibilities:
• Configure, support, and enhance SAP HCM and SAP HR processes in line with business requirements.
• Manage SAP Payroll processes, including payroll execution, issue analysis, and statutory or business rule support.
• Analyze production incidents, identify root causes, and deliver timely functional resolutions.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, data validation, testing, and transport coordination.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, user documentation, and support business users during releases. Skills Required:
• 5 to 7 years of relevant SAP HCM consulting experience.




• Solid hands-on experience with SAP HR and SAP HCM functional processes.
• Practical expertise in SAP Payroll configuration and payroll cycle support.
• Experience working with SAP HANA environments and HANA-related data or reporting requirements.
• Ability to analyze defects, support testing, and coordinate SAP changes through delivery environments. Positive to Have:
• Experience participating in SAP HCM implementation projects.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
