Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

GoL Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support the company's daily accounting and financial operations. Candidates with basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with Tally are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documents.
Assist with preparing invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
Assist with bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support the preparation of reports and statements.
Assist the accounts team with daily financial activities.




Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of Tally is preferred.
Valuable numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Salary

₹18,000 onwards per month, based on experience and skills.
