Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced RTA to monitor real-time chat support operations, manage staffing, track SLA performance, and ensure schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time agent productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence.
Track SLAs, service levels, and chat volumes.
Manage intraday staffing and schedule adjustments.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations to maintain service levels.
Prepare real-time reports and highlight operational issues.

Required Skills: RTA, WFM, Chat Support, SLA Monitoring, Real-Time Tracking, MS Excel, Reporting, and Communication Skills.
