Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee overall business operations, sales, production, projects, finance, HR, and administration.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily business operations and departmental activities.
Develop business strategies and achieve company targets.
Lead sales, marketing, production, and project teams.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance.
Ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Set departmental KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Report business performance and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.

Requirements:
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial project management.
Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of budgeting, sales growth, and operational management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
