Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and labour teams.
Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion.
Check quality of workmanship, materials and finishes.
Verify site measurements, quantities and contractor bills.
Monitor material requirements, deliveries and wastage.
Coordinate with architects and designers for site clarifications.
Submit daily progress reports with photographs.
Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness and quality standards.

Requirements
Ability to read and understand interior and technical drawings.
Valuable knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and finishing works.
Robust coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and site reporting.
Ability to independently manage multiple sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
