Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on vehicle enquiries.
Handle incoming calls and provide information about vehicle models, offers, and dealership services.
Contact potential customers to generate sales leads and schedule showroom visits.
Make follow-up calls regarding test drives, bookings, and pending enquiries.
Conduct welcome calls and customer satisfaction calls after vehicle delivery or service visits.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up details in CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely customer follow-up.
Respond professionally to customer queries and direct complaints to the appropriate department.
Achieve daily calling targets and support lead conversion.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
