About Hotel Indicott

Hotel Indicott is part of a growing hotel chain. We are looking for an experienced, skilled and dedicated Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to manage the front desk at our 24-room property in Pratap Nagar and Vaishali Nagar in Jaipur.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle room reservations, guest enquiries and booking confirmations.
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and guest communications.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
Maintain guest records, billing, cash handling and front-desk documentation.
Assist guests with their requirements and resolve routine issues professionally.
Coordinate bookings received through online travel platforms.
Maintain front-desk discipline, professional appearance and service standards.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a hotel receptionist or front-desk executive.




Previous experience in a hotel is mandatory.
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
Familiarity with hotel booking software, billing and online booking platforms is an advantage.
Pleasant personality, professional conduct and a guest-friendly attitude.
Must be punctual, responsible, well-organized and dedicated to the role.
