Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of in-house machinery and equipment.
Maintain equipment including CNC turning machines, VMCs, manual lathes, forklifts, air compressors, laser welding machines, and other factory equipment.
Follow scheduled maintenance plans, including periodic servicing, cleaning, lubrication, coolant and water changes, and replacement of consumables.
Ensure machine-specific maintenance requirements are completed on time. For example, changing the cooling water in laser welding machines at the prescribed intervals.
Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve machine problems.
Inspect mechanical components, bearings, belts, lubrication systems, pneumatic systems, and other parts for wear or damage.
Coordinate with machine operators and external service technicians when repairs or specialized maintenance are required.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, service records, and maintenance checklists.




Help minimize machine downtime by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and potential issues are identified early.

Required Skills & Experience
Diploma or ITI in Machinist, Fitter, Mechanic, or a related mechanical trade.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a factory or industrial setting.
Practical, hands-on knowledge of machinery, mechanical assemblies, and maintenance procedures.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting and fault identification skills.
Familiarity with lubrication, bearings, belts, pumps, compressors, cooling systems, and general machine servicing.
Ability to follow maintenance schedules, checklists, and equipment manuals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
