Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the study abroad counselling team.
Drive student admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
Guide students through course selection, university applications, and admission procedures.
Maintain solid relationships with universities and international education partners.
Monitor team performance and ensure excellent student service.
Develop strategies to improve conversions and business growth.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in the study abroad industry.
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of international education and admission processes.
Excellent communication, counselling, and team management skills.
Target-oriented mindset with proven sales and conversion abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
