This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Sales Specialist. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building long-term relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and direct customers and will play a crucial role in promoting the company’s services and building robust partnerships within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication skills, negotiation and customer service expertise to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
Build revenue through Travel Trade, Corporate and direct sales.




Build lasting partnerships and develop new markets
Lead sales initiatives and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with strong Hospitality industry network
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
