We are looking for a skilled QuickBooks Bookkeeper with a minimum of 5 years of experience in QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
Robust knowledge of QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records.
Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expenses.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Ensure accuracy and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with international clients is preferred.
Willing to work in the US EST time zone (night shift).
