About the Role
Artfills Online Learning is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Associate to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in telecalling or inside sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote online learning programs.
Handle incoming inquiries and explain courses, features, and benefits.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert prospects into enrollments.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and enrollment goals.
Build positive relationships with prospective customers and provide timely assistance.
Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or telesales.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Experience in education sales or online learning platforms will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
CTC of ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
