Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Embedded Hardware to lead hardware design and development for biometric devices, identity solutions, and sensor-based embedded products. The candidate will be responsible for hardware architecture, circuit design, PCB development, product validation, and team management from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities
Lead embedded hardware design and development from concept to production.
Design and review schematics, analog/digital circuits, and multilayer PCBs.
Work with microcontrollers and processors such as ARM Cortex, STM32, and NXP.
Integrate biometric sensors, communication modules, and peripheral interfaces.
Lead hardware debugging, validation, reliability testing, and EMI/EMC compliance.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, QA, and manufacturing teams.
Manage project timelines, mentor engineers, and drive product quality and cost optimization.





Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, ECE, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
8+ years of experience in embedded hardware design and development.
Robust expertise in circuit design, PCB layout, hardware architecture, and debugging.
Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, OrCAD, Cadence, or similar PCB design tools.
Knowledge of ARM Cortex, STM32, NXP, UART, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet, and power management.
Experience in hardware validation, EMI/EMC compliance, and product development lifecycle.
Proven team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in biometric devices, IoT products, sensor-based solutions, or industrial electronics.
