Job Description

We are seeking a creative and organised Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and related events. The ideal candidate should be able to manage clients, vendors, budgets, and event schedules while ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate weddings and related functions.
Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Coordinate with decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, and entertainment teams.
Prepare event timelines, schedules, and checklists.
Manage vendor negotiations, quotations, and bookings.
Monitor event expenses and ensure budget control.




Supervise on-site event setup and execution.
Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; event management qualifications preferred.
2–5 years of experience in event management or wedding planning.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally and work versatile schedule during events.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
