Senior SRE Engineer - Azure

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and production SaaS environments for high availability and reliability.
Monitor and support microservices, applications, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
Design and implement scalable, highly available, resilient, and multi-region cloud solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform incident response, RCA, patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.
Develop monitoring, alerting, and Grafana dashboards using Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
Automate operational processes using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
Deploy and manage Docker and Kubernetes/AKS, OpenShift, or Rancher settings.




Support Java/Spring/Spring Boot-based microservices and relational/NoSQL databases.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
Collaborate with Engineering, Development, Support, Security, IAM, and Cloud teams to resolve customer and production issues.
Participate in on-call support, customer onboarding/offboarding, production deployments, and planned/unplanned outage management.
Contribute to architecture and system design reviews and continuously improve automation, security, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
