Job Description – Service Advisor (Automobile Industry)
Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates.
Coordinate with technicians for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Provide regular service updates to customers.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-up calls.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in an automobile service workshop preferred.
Skills: Positive communication, customer handling, and basic automobile knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
