About the Role - Junior Pastry Chef/ Commis 3

This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to every aspect of small batch production, growing the brand and offering a massive potential for your own learning and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation for daily production.
Maintain inventory and control wastage.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.

Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of baking and pastry techniques with 6 months to 1 year experience in a professional kitchen
Diploma in Pastry/Culinary Arts (preferred but not mandatory).
Passionate about pastry and eager to learn and grow in a skilled pastry environment.
Valuable hygiene, grooming, and organizational habits.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
