Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing clients.
Follow up on digital marketing leads and convert them into clinic appointments.
Schedule consultations and confirm client visits with respective branches.
Follow up with clients who missed appointments and reschedule visits.
Coordinate with Branch Managers, consultants, and clinic teams for effective lead management.
Maintain accurate lead data, call records, appointment status, and follow-up details in the CRM.
Ensure timely follow-ups on all assigned leads and avoid lead leakage.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead conversions.
Provide qualified customer service and address client queries.
Submit daily performance reports to the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
