Core Job Responsibilities
Shift Management & Operations:
Oversee and manage the entire manufacturing process and shift activities during assigned operational hours.
Coordinate overall floor activities and lead a large workforce (often 100+ workers per shift).
Meet daily and shift-wise production volume and quality targets.
Planning & Monitoring:
Plan daily process schedules and align manpower deployment (including managing leave coverages).
Monitor raw material stock levels on the shop floor and coordinate with the purchase department at reorder points.
Track inward production, internal audits, and bar-coding processes.
Machine & Quality Inspection:
Conduct daily checks and inspections of machinery, molds, and materials.
Ensure optimal equipment functionality and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime.




Monitor product quality and chemical-mix/compound parameters.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and maintain daily production reports, chemical/compound reports, and statutory/shift logs.
Enter shift data into record systems and document maintenance or safety observations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / DME).
Key Skills:0 to 1 year experience in Shop-floor production control, team and labor management, basic troubleshooting, machinery inspection, and shift reporting

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
