KRA-
Should be BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience
Experience of Hi end office interior fitout works is preferred.
Should be able to lead the team at site.
Should have solid communication skill.
Should be able to prepare the cost plan with all required details.
Should have a robust communication skill.
Should be able to submit monthly progress report as per client requirement.
Should have sound knowledge of Autocad, MS office and other software.
Should have robust knowledge of rate negotiations, quantification, change order management and project closure.
Location is Yerwada, Pune.
Candidate must be from Pune region only.
Immediate joining / NP of 15 days is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
