Preparing and producing Ameeco's range of cookies, baked goods and other pastry products.

● Following standardized recipes, production schedules and kitchen SOPs.

● Ensuring consistency in taste, texture, portioning and presentation.

● Assisting with recent product trials, recipe development and menu innovation.

● Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

● Managing mise en place, ingredient preparation and daily production requirements.

● Monitoring inventory, stock levels and ingredient quality, and reporting requirements to the management.

● Supervising the work of commi chefs and everyday operations.

● Supporting the wider kitchen team whenever required. Employment Terms ● Designation: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Pastry
