We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager(Plant) to manage the complete HR lifecycle and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support management with HR strategies and workforce planning

Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
Solid knowledge of recruitment, and operation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Steel industry experienced would be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
