Inbound Support: Answer customer questions, handle complaints, and give product information.
Lead Generation: Qualify leads, record customer interest, and pass details to the sales team.

Education: Usually a graduation degree.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English .
Experience: Many roles accept freshers, while others prefer 6 months to 1 year of inside sales or customer support experience.
Salary Range: Generally ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹12000+ per month depending on the company, incentives
