Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international power plant projects.
Handle bulk hiring for site-based and project-specific requirements.
Source and recruit technical professionals for power plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) projects.
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate follow-ups.
Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements across multiple project locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with valuable Hindi communication skills are preferred.
Experience in power plant recruitment, bulk hiring, and technical recruitment will be an added advantage.
Ability to coordinate with site teams, project managers, and candidates across domestic and international locations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
