Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our bakery team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, promoting bakery products, and ensuring smooth daily shop operations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Explain bakery products, cakes, snacks, and beverages to customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and digital payments accurately.
Maintain product displays and ensure proper product presentation.
Check product freshness, expiry dates, and stock availability.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and wastage.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Promote new products, special offers, and customised cakes.
Coordinate with the kitchen,



dispatch team, and shop in-charge.
Maintain accurate sales records and follow company procedures.

Requirements
Previous experience in bakery, retail, or food sales is preferred.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Basic billing and cash-handling knowledge.
Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
Valuable personal hygiene and a skilled attitude.
Knowledge of Malayalam; basic English communication is an advantage.
