Explain Tata vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
Arrange test drives and provide a positive customer experience.
Follow up on customer enquiries, leads, and prospective buyers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
Explain finance options, exchange offers, insurance, and vehicle booking procedures.
Maintain customer records and update lead details in CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.
Stay updated on recent Tata vehicle launches, product features, and competitor offerings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
