Key Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete (RCC) structures.
Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and design reports.
Develop structural models using relevant engineering software.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and drafting teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, building regulations, and project specifications.
Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and structural detailing.
Identify design discrepancies and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Support project execution and resolve structural engineering queries.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant structural engineering experience preferred.
Knowledge of structural design principles, load calculations, and relevant IS codes.
Proficiency in structural engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, PROTECTED, or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in steel structure design and RCC PreCast structures.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and structural detailing.
Familiarity with design calculations, technical documentation, and quality standards.
