We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatch Trainer who has robust practical knowledge of US Trucking & Logistics and can train students through real-world dispatch scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
Train students in US Truck Dispatching and end-to-end dispatch operations.
Teach load searching, load booking, rate negotiation, and carrier coordination.
Provide hands-on training on DAT, Truckstop, broker communication, and dispatch documentation.
Explain US trucking processes, freight lanes, HOS, and day-to-day dispatch workflows.
Conduct practical sessions, mock calls, and role-plays to build industry-ready skills.
Guide students with real-time examples and help them understand the complete dispatch cycle.

Requirements:
1+ year of practical experience in US Truck Dispatching / US Logistics.
Strong knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, freight booking, and rate negotiation.
Valuable communication and training skills.
Candidates with hands-on US trucking experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
