Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Statements
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and expenses.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and ensure accurate accounting records.
Prepare and maintain monthly Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and verify bank, cash and expense records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of accounts.
GST, TDS & Income Tax Compliance
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input tax credit reconciliation and related documentation.
Calculate TDS, ensure timely deduction and payment, and prepare/file TDS returns.
Maintain records and coordinate the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
Ensure timely completion of applicable statutory payments, returns and other tax-related compliances.
Coordination with Chartered Accountant (CA)
Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant for finalisation of accounts, preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, GST matters and tax/statutory audits.
Provide required accounting records, schedules,



reconciliations and supporting documents to the CA.
Follow up on pending compliance matters and ensure timely submission of information.
Receivables, Payables & Banking
Monitor customer outstanding payments and maintain invoice-wise ageing reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for payment follow-ups and customer ledger reconciliation.
Track supplier outstanding payments and assist in preparing payment schedules.
Handle banking documentation and maintain proper records of receipts and payments.
MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare periodic reports on receivables, payables, expenses, cash flow and bank balances.
Maintain Excel-based financial records and prepare reports required by management.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, tax records and financial statements.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
