Convert PDF and engineering drawings into accurate DXF files.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
Read and understand engineering and assembly drawings.
Check drawing dimensions, scale, material thickness and tolerances.
Prepare flat patterns and calculate cutting lengths for laser cutting.
Identify bend lines, bend angles, flange heights and pressing directions.
Understand bend radius, bend allowance, bend deduction and K-factor.
Ensure DXF files have correct dimensions, clean lines and no duplicate geometry.
Prepare daily job cards and organise drawings, DXF files, materials and tooling for next-day CNC press brake operations.
Mechanical fabrication or sheet metal experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
