Join our team at ToT, a premium multi-cuisine dining destination in Kochi.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with robust leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead, train and motivate the service team
Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
Manage staff scheduling, performance and discipline
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and management
Monitor inventory, costs and operational efficiency
Handle guest feedback professionally
Drive sales and achieve restaurant targets
Maintain hygiene, SOP and service standards
Preferred: 5+ years of relevant restaurant/hospitality experience with solid communication and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
