AI Developer – AI Automation

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Developer to build and deploy AI-powered solutions including chatbots, voice agents, OCR, predictive AI, and business automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Build AI chatbots and voice agents for sales, support, lead qualification, and business processes.
Develop AI automation workflows integrating LLMs, APIs, CRMs, databases, and third-party tools.
Build OCR/document AI solutions for document extraction, classification, and data processing.
Develop predictive AI/ML models for forecasting, scoring, classification, and recommendations.
Work with OpenAI, Claude, RAG, AI Agents, embeddings, and vector databases.
Prepare and manage datasets for AI training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS and Azure.




Build POCs and take successful solutions into production.
Optimize AI solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost.

Someone who can independently take a business requirement → AI POC → production solution and is comfortable working across Generative AI, ML, Voice AI, OCR, and automation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
