Key Roles & Responsibilities
Founder’s Office Management
Work directly with the Founder and manage day-to-day assignments.
Execute the Founder’s instructions and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with different departments and maintain daily work reports.
Follow up with team members and ensure accountability.
Client Management & Revenue Collection
Handle client communication and follow-ups.
Track pending payments and ensure timely revenue collection.
Coordinate with clients regarding service updates and outstanding dues.
Maintain client records, payment reports, and collection data.
Service Management
Monitor service delivery and pending client work.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Track deadlines, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve client satisfaction.
Ensure proper execution of company SOPs.
Marketing Team Management
Coordinate with the marketing team for daily tasks and targets.
Monitor social media activities, lead generation, and campaign progress.
Follow up on marketing deliverables and prepare performance reports.




Ensure proper coordination between marketing, sales, and service teams.
Business Operations & Reporting
Manage Excel sheets, MIS reports, task trackers, and daily business data.
Monitor sales, collections, service delivery, and team performance.
Identify pending tasks and ensure timely execution.
Help the Founder streamline operations and build productive business systems.

Prior experience in business operations, executive assistance, sales coordination, or team management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹79,000.00 per month
