Tender Executive

Location: Zirakpur
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end tendering activities for government and PSU tenders.
Search, analyze, and participate in tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals.
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance documentation.
Track tender status, bid results, and maintain complete tender records.
Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria, documentation, and submission guidelines.
Handle bid submissions, EMD/BG requirements, and post-tender follow-ups.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in tender management.
Hands-on experience with GeM Portal,



CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal), eProcure, and other government e-tendering portals is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of government procurement processes, tender documentation, and bid submission.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
