Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Manage recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, walk-ins, referrals, and campus hiring to ensure a solid talent pipeline.
Coordinate interviews with department heads, collect feedback, and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Execute onboarding activities including documentation, ID creation, induction coordination, and background verification.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory guidelines while maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
