JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and assistance.
Maintain explicit, polite, and customer-focused communication throughout the interaction.
Follow defined customer-service standards, call-handling procedures, and escalation processes.
Record customer interactions and complete process-related documentation accurately

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Graduate freshers are eligible.
Strong spoken communication in Tamil, Malayalam, or Bengali.
Positive listening ability and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a process-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 per month
