Explain Mahindra vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
Arrange test drives and provide a skilled customer experience.
Follow up on customer enquiries, prospective buyers, and sales leads.
Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
Explain vehicle finance options, exchange offers, insurance, and booking procedures.
Maintain customer details and update lead information in CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.
Stay updated on Mahindra vehicle launches, product features, and competitor offerings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
