Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to management on business and operational matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Handle legal notices, disputes, and litigation matters in coordination with external advocates.
Prepare and maintain legal documentation, records, and case files.
Assist in company registrations, licenses, renewals, and other regulatory filings.
Review company policies and recommend updates to ensure legal compliance.
Conduct legal research and provide practical solutions to business-related legal issues.
Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and legal professionals as required.
Identify potential legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
Support the HR department on employment laws, labor regulations, and disciplinary matters when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of all legal and business information.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an added advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal practice or as a legal consultant.
Robust knowledge of corporate law, contract law, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
